HALFORD VILLAGE HALL SCHEDULE OF CHARGES

• Hourly Charges •

£12 per hour for Hall (includes use of kitchen)

£15 per hour with film/TV equipment (not to be used without permission/prior instruction)

£5 per hour for Headmaster's Office (ideal for small meetings )

setting and clearing up times should be allowed for within your booked time

Lunchtime 4 hour slot (including use of kitchen) - £32 Evenings 17.30-23.30 -(including use of kitchen) £50 or

17.30 to 09.30 next day (including use of kitchen) -to allow setting up and clearing next day - £70

Weekend Hire –Friday lunchtime to Sunday evening: £350

setting and clearing up times should be allowed for within your booked time

Tables and chairs

The Go-Pak rectangular tables and blue plastic chairs may be hired for £20 per 24 hour period
